Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Willingness to learn QuickBooks Online and cloud accounting tools.
• Strong written and spoken English communication, detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist with full-charge bookkeeping entries, reconciliations, and AP/AR in QBO.
• Prepare monthly financial reports: P&L, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow.
• Help gather and organize financial documentation for year-end tax prep.
• Learn to navigate cloud tools (Gusto, Stripe, Bill.com, Karbon) to streamline workflows.
• Shadow team leads on client communications and provide admin support.

We are seeking a motivated Accounting Intern to join our growing team. In this role, you will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining real-world experience in U.S. bookkeeping, cloud accounting software, and client-facing service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with full-charge bookkeeping entries, bank reconciliations, and AP/AR tasks in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Support the preparation of monthly financial reports, including P&L, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements.
• Help gather and organize financial documentation for year-end tax preparation and compliance.
• Learn to navigate integrated cloud tools (e.g., Gusto, Stripe, Bill.com, Karbon) to streamline accounting workflows.
• Shadow team leads on client communications and assist with administrative client account support.

Qualifications:

• Current student or recent graduate pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Familiarity or eagerness to learn QuickBooks Online (QBO) and cloud accounting tools.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn U.S. accounting standards.
