Job summary

The Pacific Meat Company Incorporated is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to lead the accounting team in Binan City, Laguna. You will ensure timely financial statements, tax compliance, and regulatory filings in accordance with BIR requirements, while guiding audit processes and remediation of findings.

You will develop policies, mentor staff, and partner with other departments to deliver actionable financial insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in accounting/compliance role, preferably in food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong grasp of accounting principles, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve compliance issues.
• Proficient with accounting software and MS Office.
• Good communication and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the accounting team to ensure accurate financial statements and regulatory filings.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and address findings.
• Develop and implement policies to maintain BIR compliance.
• Train and mentor junior accounting staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights for business decisions.
