Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized, and accountable
• Willing to learn automotive dealership accounting
• Previous accounting experience is an advantage, but newly certified CPAs are welcome
• Willing to work on-site in Bacoor, Cavite

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, cash, payables, and reconciliations
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports and account closing
• Handle BIR tax filings, reports, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor vehicle inventory, unit costing, and gross profit
• Manage vehicle floor stock financing and bank transactions
• Review vehicle release and payment documentation
• Monitor spare parts, PPE, depreciation, payroll, and final pay
• Review accounting staff outputs and ensure accurate and timely completion
• Coordinate with management, banks, auditors, and government agencies

TAKE CHARGE OF THE DEALERSHIP'S ACCOUNTING OPERATIONS

Mitsubishi Bacoor Motor Corporation is seeking a CPA to oversee our accounting function and ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, tax compliance, and proper internal controls.

This role is open to experienced CPAs and newly certified CPAs who are ready to take on responsibility, develop their leadership skills, and grow within an automotive dealership environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily accounting operations, cash, payables, and reconciliations
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports and account closing
