This is a hands-on accounting leadership role covering financial reporting, tax compliance, cash management, vehicle inventory, floor stock financing, vehicle costing, payroll verification, month-end closing, and supervision of the accounting team.

Oversee daily accounting and financial activities of the dealership
Review daily cash tally sheets, official receipts, bank deposits, and cash positions
Prepare and review daily financial reports covering cash balances, floor stock lines, and vehicle inventory
Review payable and check vouchers
Monitor petty cash and LTO funds
Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of financial transactions
Monitor vehicle inventory and related financial records
Monitor the availability and utilization of vehicle floor stock financing lines with banks
Prepare payments for vehicle units, including applicable interest
Prepare and maintain the Vehicle Invoice Register
Review documents required for vehicle release
Compute and review gross profit per vehicle, including promotional programs
Review vehicle unit costing and related financial information
Oversee costing of spare parts and materials
Manage PPE accounts, depreciation, and accumulated depreciation
Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of required BIR tax returns and reports
Handle applicable monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings, including:

Prepare the Semestral List of Regular Suppliers
Oversee distribution of BIR Form 2316 / Certificate of Compensation
Prepare required sales and service commission summaries for Alphalist reporting
Coordinate with auditors, BIR, banks, and other relevant parties as necessary
Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing
Ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly financial reports
Review financial information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Identify discrepancies and recommend appropriate corrective actions
Maintain effective accounting controls and procedures
Supervise and manage accounting staff
Assign responsibilities and monitor completion of accounting activities
Review the work of accounting personnel and ensure adherence to established procedures
Train, coach, and develop accounting staff
Promote accuracy, accountability, and efficiency within the department
Review and confirm payroll computations
Compute final pay of resigned employees
Ensure accuracy of employee-related accounting records and reports
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
At least 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
Previous supervisory or leadership experience is required
Strong knowledge of BIR tax compliance and financial reporting
Experience in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing
Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal controls
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent attention to detail
Strong leadership and communication skills
Willing to work on-site in Bacoor, Cavite
Experience in automotive dealership accounting
Experience handling vehicle inventory and costing
Experience with floor stock financing / vehicle financing
Experience in sales and service accounting
Experience dealing with BIR, banks, and external auditors
