Job summary

Global8 Finance Corporation is seeking an accounting-minded professional to manage daily financial transactions, accounts receivable/payable, loan administration, and related reporting. The role includes preparing agent incentives, conducting insurance premium audits, and supporting disbursement processes.

You will maintain accurate loan records, SOAs, and client balances while ensuring confidentiality and timely task completion in a structured environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, AR/AP, or loan administration is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial documentation.
• Proficient in Excel or similar spreadsheets.
• Detail-oriented, organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to handle confidential financial and client information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
• Monitor receivables/payables and client balances.
• Prepare agent incentive computations and supporting documents.
• Prepare loan transmittals, amortization schedules, and SOAs.
• Audit insurance premiums monthly and report discrepancies.
• Prepare checks and support disbursements with proper documentation.
• File and organize bank statements and other financial documents.
• Assist in compiling financial reports and management summaries.
