Global8 Finance Corporation is seeking an accounting-minded professional to manage daily financial transactions, accounts receivable/payable, loan administration, and related reporting. The role includes preparing agent incentives, conducting insurance premium audits, and supporting disbursement processes.
You will maintain accurate loan records, SOAs, and client balances while ensuring confidentiality and timely task completion in a structured environment.
This role involves comprehensive accounting and financial transaction management, including daily recording of financial transactions, accounts receivable and payable monitoring, agent incentive preparation, loan and client account administration, insurance premium audits, check preparation and disbursement support, document filing and record keeping, and financial reporting to support management.
Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately and promptly.
Monitor and record company income and agent income.
Record and monitor trade checks receivable and trade checks payable.
Record clients’ loan proceeds and other related financial transactions.
Maintain accurate records of company income and other sources of revenue.
Ensure that all transactions are properly documented and supported by appropriate records.
Monitor trade checks receivable and trade checks payable.
Track outstanding balances, due dates, and past-due accounts.
Prepare and monitor post-dated checks (PDCs).
Monitor and organize past-due checks for proper follow-up and recording.
Assist in maintaining accurate records of client balances and outstanding obligations.
Prepare agent incentive computations and supporting documents.
Verify incentive calculations and ensure that records are complete and accurate.
Coordinate with the appropriate team members regarding incentive-related concerns.
Prepare loan transmittals and related documentation.
Prepare and maintain loan amortization schedules.
Prepare clients’ Statements of Account (SOA).
Monitor clients’ outstanding balances and past-due amounts.
Maintain accurate and updated loan records.
Ensure that loan-related documents are properly organized and filed.
Conduct a monthly audit of insurance premiums.
Review insurance premium records and support documents for accuracy and completeness.
Identify and report discrepancies or irregularities to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain organized records of audited insurance premiums.
Prepare checks for authorized payments and transactions.
Ensure that check details are accurate and properly supported by documentation.
Maintain proper records of issued and outstanding checks.
Assist in monitoring checks for payment, deposit, and clearing status.
File and maintain clients’ bank statements and other financial documents.
Organize accounting, loan, check, and client records systematically for easy retrieval.
Ensure that documents are complete, properly labeled, and securely maintained.
Maintain confidentiality of financial and client information.
Prepare and compile all documents and financial records required by the Team Leader for quarterly and yearly income discussions.
Provide accurate financial information and supporting schedules when requested.
Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and documentation needed for financial review and analysis.
Ensure that records are updated and ready for quarterly and annual financial discussions.
Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity in handling financial information.
Ensure timely completion of assigned accounting tasks.
Coordinate with the Team Leader and other departments regarding accounting and financial matters.
Report discrepancies, missing documents, and unusual transactions promptly.
Perform other accounting and administrative duties related to the position as assigned.
Graduate of Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, accounts receivable/payable, or loan administration is an advantage.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet applications.
Detail-oriented, organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
Able to handle confidential financial and client information with professionalism
