Job summary

Power Mac Center is seeking an accounting professional to maintain records, reconcile ledgers, and produce essential financial statements. The role focuses on ensuring accuracy of transactions, support for accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities within a dynamic team in Pasig.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and at least one year of related experience, with proficiency in digital accounting tools and MS Office/iWork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable, Payroll, GL and financial reporting.
• Proficient in digital accounting and manual bookkeeping practices.
• Experience with accounting systems and MS Office / iWork.

Responsibilities

• Ensure integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying and consolidating transactions.
• Prepare and record assets, liabilities, revenues, and expenses entries; analyze accounts.
• Maintain and balance affiliates accounts by posting and reconciling transactions.
• Maintain general ledger; prepare trial balance and reconcile entries.
• Summarize financial status by preparing balance sheet and income statements.
