Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management is seeking an Accounting Associate for onsite bookkeeping in Parañaque City. The role involves daily bookkeeping, handling invoices, and supporting month-end processes. Salary is ₱30,000 NET per month, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The candidate will work with QuickBooks or Xero, manage AP/AR, reconciliations, and assist with VAT/compliance. Onsite work is required in Parañaque City.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or general accounting

• Hands-on experience with at least one accounting software: QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage

• Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation

• Experience with journal entries, financial records, and month-end closing support

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial documentation

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication skills

• Willing to work onsite in Parañaque City

• Daily Bookkeeping & Transactions: Process invoices, expenses, payments, and general ledger updates.

• AP & AR Management: Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable records.

• Reconciliations & Multi-Currency: Perform bank/account reconciliations and handle transactions across multiple currencies.

• Month-End & Reporting: Assist with month-end closing, supporting schedules, management accounts, and cash flow reports.

• Compliance & Monitoring: Track financial records, flag discrepancies, and support VAT and regulatory compliance.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with overseas teams, external accountants, and auditors.
