• Maintain cash control records and supporting documentation.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies with audit/compliance in mind.
• Coordinate with US and Philippines teams and support accounting reporting.

What is the job?

The Accounting Associate is responsible in supporting accounting operations with a primary focus on bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, cash controls, and general accounting activities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily bank reconciliations for BOA, non-BOA, and acquisition entity accounts.
• Prepare bank and balance sheet reconciliation reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Reconcile Workday GL balances, accruals, and quarterly Waterfall accounts.
• Maintain cash control records, paid reference checks, bank statements, and supporting documentation.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies while supporting audit and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with U.S. and Philippines teams, provide ABR updates, and support accounting reporting activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Experience working with ERP or General Ledger systems.
