Job summary

Connext Global Solutions Inc in Angeles, Philippines, seeks a Senior Accountant 1 to support day-to-day accounting and financial operations, including AP/AR processing, GL entries, month-end close, and financial reporting.

Ideal candidates have at least four years of accounting experience, proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP), and strong reconciliations and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of accounting experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.
• Experience with account reconciliations and financial record maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Support AP/AR, invoice processing, payments, and financial transactions.
• Prepare GL entries, reconciliations, and accounting documentation.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities.
• Support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Maintain accurate records, internal controls, and audit documentation.

The Senior Accountant 1 supports the organization's day-to-day accounting and financial operations by maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, preparing account reconciliations, and supporting month-end close activities.

Responsibilities:
