Job summary

L&B ACCOUNTING-TAX AND HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES is seeking an Accounting Associate to support financial operations and ensure accurate record-keeping.

You will handle journal entries, reconciliations, tax document preparation, and compliance with BIR, SEC, DTI, LGU, and other regulations while coordinating with clients and internal teams. CPA is an advantage but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA) graduate.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Internship or relevant accounting experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions.
• Prepare journal entries, schedules, and reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
• Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations.
• Organize documents for tax returns and compliance.
• Support regulatory requirements (BIR, SEC, DTI, LGU, etc.).
• Review payroll-related transactions and reconciliations.
• Maintain confidential client records and documents.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams on accounting needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
