Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Accounting Staff in General Santos. The role focuses on recording and processing financial transactions, handling AP/AR, and supporting inventory and compliance processes.

You will ensure accurate document filing and work closely with warehouse teams to reconcile inventory movements. The ideal candidate has a BS in Accountancy, at least 1 year of accounting experience, and strong Excel/MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS in Accountancy.
• At least 1 year of relevant accounting work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Record and encode financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable documents.
• Assist in preparation of journal vouchers, checks, and disbursement records.
• Maintain and update subsidiary ledgers and schedules.
• Perform bank, cash, and petty cash reconciliations.
• Monitor and record stock and inventory transactions.
• Coordinate with Warehouse/Store personnel regarding inventory movements.
• Ensure accuracy and proper filing of accounting documents.
• Maintain organized accounting files (physical and electronic).
