Job summary

Informatics Holdings Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Staff to support daily financial operations.

You will record transactions, prepare payment and collection documents, and maintain accurate records for audit readiness within our Finance & Accounting team. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and collaboration with center personnel to manage billing, AP/AR, budgeting support, and reporting schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or related course.
• At least 1–2 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, and AP/AR processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and make sure they are properly classified and supported by documents
• Check accounting records, invoices, receipts, and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy
• Monitor daily cash receipts and help keep records of collections up to date
• Help prepare cash disbursement requests and supporting documents, and assist in check preparation and releasing following approval procedures
• Track accounts payable and receivable, including outstanding balances and payment status
• Assist in preparing schedules and data needed for budgeting and financial reporting
• File and safekeep financial documents, and provide records for audit and management review
• Coordinate with center personnel and other departments on billing, payment, and documentation requirements
• Perform other accounting-related tasks assigned by your supervisor
