Job summary

HealthPrescription Inc. is seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our finance team in the Philippines. The role focuses on accurate financial record-keeping, transaction processing, and supporting reporting processes.

You will assist with invoices, payments, and expense reports, while maintaining records and aiding month-end closings. Strong Excel skills and experience with QuickBooks, SAP or Xero are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, Xero and Excel.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing invoices, payments, and expense reports.
• Maintain and update financial records with accuracy and compliance.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements and financial reports.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Assist with payroll processing and tax-related documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed.
