FUJIFILM Business Innovation Philippines Corp. is seeking an accounting professional to support inventory management, fixed assets, and accounts receivable functions. You will help prepare and monitor financial records, reconcile ledgers, and assist with month-end closing and audits.

Ideally, you have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and 6 months to 1 year of accounting experience, with newly licensed CPAs encouraged to apply. This is a full-time role based in the Philippines.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and monitor inventory variance schedules for monthly amortization and reconciliation.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory-related reports.
• Reconcile inventory subsidiary ledgers with the general ledger and identify items for disposal/clean-up.
• Maintain and update the Machine in Field (MIF) for Insurance listing.
• Reconcile fixed asset subsidiary ledgers with the general ledger.
• Review supporting documents and approve Accounts Receivable adjustment requests.
• Record manual invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and other adjustments.
• Ensure accurate recording of revenue and cost project tagging.
• Support month-end closing and audit activities.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by Accounting Supervisor or Manager.

About the role

This role involves preparing and monitoring financial records, reconciling subsidiary ledgers, and assisting with month-end closing and audit activities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor inventory variance schedules for monthly amortization and reconciliation

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory-related reports

• Assist in the reconciliation of inventory subsidiary ledgers with the general ledger, including identification of items for disposal/clean-up
