Job summary

FUJIFILM Business Innovation Philippines Corp. is seeking an Accounting professional to support Inventory Management, Fixed Assets, and Accounts Receivable processes in Manila.

You will help ensure accurate posting, reconciliation, and reporting across the general ledger, while contributing to month-end closing and audit activities. Responsibilities

• Record project tagging of revenue and cost transactions accurately.
• Assist in month-end closing and audit activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Accounting Supervisor or Manager.
• Prepare and monitor inventory variance schedules monthly.
• Assist in reconciliation of inventory subsidiary ledgers with the general ledger.
• Maintain and update MIF (Machine in Field) for Insurance listing.
• Assist in reconciliation of fixed asset subsidiary ledgers with the general ledger.
• Review supporting documents and approve Accounts Receivable adjustment requests.
• Record manual invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and other adjustments.

Inventory Management

• Prepare and monitor inventory variance schedules for monthly amortizationand reconciliation.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory-related reports.
• Assist in the reconciliation of inventory subsidiary ledgers with the general ledger, including identification of items for disposal/clean-up.

Fixed Assets Management

• Maintain and update the Machine in Field (MIF) for Insurance listing.
• Assist in the reconciliation of fixed asset subsidiary ledgers with the general ledger.

Accounts Receivable

• Review supporting documents and approve Accounts Receivable adjustment requests.
• Review supporting documents and record manual invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and other adjustments.

General Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate recording of appropriate project tagging of revenue and cost transactions.
