Job summary

The role is hands-on, requiring strong technical accounting knowledge, US GAAP reporting, month‑end and year‑end close, intercompany accounting, and cash management, with a particular emphasis on NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA designation preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Willingness to work U.S. Eastern Time hours.
• NetSuite experience is required.
• Consolidations and multi-entity accounting experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating with external auditors and tax advisors.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules.
• Assist with consolidation and intercompany accounting.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and fund administrators.
• Support treasury, cash management, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with system implementations, upgrades, and data migration.
