CDCC Builders Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to manage project costing, billing, and inventory control. You will review cost transactions, prepare cost analyses, and ensure accurate accruals and reporting.
The role also covers scrap disposal bidding, vendor communications, and timely business permit processing. Ideal candidates hold a accounting degree, CPA preferred, with 1–3 years of accounting experience and strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Project Costing Report
Ensure real time processing of project cost related transactions
Review and post project cost entries (make necessary adjustment, if any)
Check and validate accuracy and completeness of project cost transactions
Prepare Project Cost Analysis and Project Cost Report
2. Billing/Request for Payment
Ensure proper implementation of guidelines and procedures on Disbursement Transactions
Check completeness and validity of documents for process
Attend queries and concerns of suppliers/ subcontractors
Ensure on-time processing of Request for Payment/APV.
3. Accrual Report of Unpaid Expenses
Check and verify monthly accrual for unpaid expenses in accordance with the processed
payables.
4. Scrap Disposal
Ensure proper implementation of guidelines and procedures on Scrap Disposal
In-charge on bidding process to potential buyer
Prepare and submit summary report of scrap disposal to HO Accounting and CMU
5. Construction Materials Inventory
Ensure proper implementation of guidelines and procedures on Warehousing.
Check and verify monthly inventory report of materials and tools.
Ensure real time processing of receiving, issuance and other warehouse transactions.
6. Business Permit
In-charge on on-time processing of Project Business Permit
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or related field.
Preferably possession of relevant professional certifications or licenses i.e., Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
1-3 years' experience in accounting role with strong understanding of its standards, principles, regulations, and best practices.
Proficiency in using accounting management software and tools.
