Job summary

Pricewide Inc is seeking an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations in Eco Wonder Park, Calamba, Laguna. The role requires BS Accountancy and hands-on experience in general accounting, with responsibility for regulatory reports and financial statements.

The position involves processing permits, ensuring compliance with standards, monitoring petty cash, and maintaining payment gateways. Weekend/holiday work may be required to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy.
• Must have experience in general accounting.
• Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays if necessary.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Eco Wonder Park, Calamba, Laguna

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulations, and efficient financial processes.
• In charge of processing annual permits needed for business operations.
• Prepare and submit necessary reports for BIR.
• Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy of accounting records.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies, develop and implement accounting controls.
• Monitors petty cash fund usage and replenishment.
• Prepare and improve internal accounting process and other related forms if needed.
• Ensure that manual/electronic payment gateway are operational and complete on a daily basis.
• Carefully conduct an extensive validation and accounting of the cashiers' cash collections vs. system reports on a daily basis.
