Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and CPA are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, disclosures, and reports.
• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure timely recording.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and government reporting.
• Coordinate with outsourced accounting teams, auditors, and stakeholders.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
• Review and improve accounting processes and controls.

ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE MANAGER (E-COMMERCE RETAIL)

Location: Quezon City, Philippines

Work Setup: Hybrid

Compensation Flexibility: Open to negotiation for highly qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, disclosures, and other financial reports.
• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely recording of transactions.
• Manage financial reporting, month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and government reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with outsourced accounting teams, auditors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support management decision-making.
• Review and improve accounting processes, controls, and financial protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant
• At least 5 years of relevant Finance and Accounting experience.
• Strong experience in financial reporting and accounting operations.
• Experience handling tax and statutory compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Retail industry is an advantage.
• Experience working in an audit firm is highly preferred.
