Job summary

Technoprobe in Laguna, Philippines seeks an Accounting/Admin Assistant to manage monthly budgets and disbursement summaries, coordinating with local and offshore teams for month-end closing reports.

You will assist with year-end audits, stock takes, monitor contracts for audit readiness, handle petty cash and prepare payments including tax returns and remittances, and release supplier checks with proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, taxation and collection regulations.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information and multi-task under deadlines.
• Ability to liaise with local and offshore counterparts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly budget and disbursement summary.
• Liaise with local and offshore counterparts for month-end closing reports.
• Assist with year-end audit including stock take.
• Monitor contracts and provide supporting documentation for audits.
• Handle petty cash and prepare petty cash disbursement summary.
• Prepare payments and secure approvals for tax returns and other remittances.
• Release checks to suppliers and file check vouchers.
