Job summary

Singapore Excellen Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Accountant to manage financial transactions, reporting, and compliance across multiple entities.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in accounting, experience with XERO and MS Excel, and proficiency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Accountancy required.
• 3–5 years of experience.
• Experience with XERO accounting software and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare provisional priced invoices and final priced invoices.
• Calculate and ensure accuracy of commodity price computations within pricing period.
• Coordinate with operations to issue invoices with required documents.
• Prepare local GST filings and support corporate income tax.
• Maintain audit-ready records for specialized tax/trade schemes.
• Coordinate with China and Africa entities for revenue recognition according to requirements.
• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions.
• Prepare the full set of accounts and financial statements.
• Reconcile accounts, ledgers and statements.
• Ensure tax compliance and support audits.
• Collaborate with banks, auditors and vendors.
• Participate in ad hoc assignments as required by management.

About the role

This is an Accountant position responsible for managing financial transactions, reporting, and compliance activities. The role involves preparing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring tax compliance, and supporting audit processes across multiple entities.

Responsibilities 职责

• 1. prepare provisional priced invoices and final priced invoices
• 2. -calculate and ensure accuracy of the commodity price computation within the pricing period
• 3. -Coordinate with operations team to ensure timely issuance invoices with required documents
• 4. -Prepare local GST filings and support corporate income tax.
• 5. -Maintain audit-ready records for specialized tax/trade schemes
• 6. -Coordinate with operation Team based on China and related entities based in Africa to ensure accurate month revenue end cut off and revenue recognition has been taken up correctly based on requirements.

General Responsibilities

• 7. Transaction Recording交易记录 :
  • Record and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions

  • Responsible for the full set of accounts. Prepare financial statements, reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

• 9. Reconciliation对账 :
  • Reconcile accounts, ledgers, and statements to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies that need to be resolved.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations, and prepare tax filings including GST (Goods and Services Tax).

  • Support internal and external audits, preparing relevant audit schedules.

Requirements 需求
