Job summary

China Road and Bridge Corporation (Branch Office in the Philippines) seeks a Finance Accountant to support accounting and finance tasks. Preferably a graduate of Accountancy, with 2–3 years’ experience, strong written and verbal communication, and keen attention to detail.

This full-time, onsite role is based in BGC, Taguig. You will check disbursement vouchers, review entries in QNE, prepare monthly bank reconciliations, handle BIR reporting, and assist with project profit and loss analysis and

Responsibilities

• Check disbursement vouchers for Head Office and Project Site.

• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
• Handle monthly withholding tax, input tax, VAT relief, and BIR reporting.
• Assist in LOA preparation and BIR audits.

JOB DUTIES

• Checking of Disbursement Vouchers (Head Office & Project Site)

• Checking of Accounting Entries in QNE System (Project Site)

• Checking of monthly withholding tax summary, input tax summary, VAT relief, and alpha list for BIR reporting.

• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.

• Processing of business permit renewal and other government documents.

• Preparation and Reconciliation of Accounts for BIR Audit (LOA)

• Prepare and analyze monthly project profit and Loss report.

• Monitor and attend to project site accounting concerns.

• Perform other related task assigned as instructed by Finance Manager.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working in a construction company is an advantage.

• Experience in handling BIR Audit or LOA is an advantage.

• Knowledgeable in Philippine taxation rules and regulation.

• Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision.

• Amenable to work full onsite in BGC, Taguig.
