Drive the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting by delivering timely month-end close activities, reconciliations and journal entries that support critical business and compliance requirements.

Strengthen financial transparency by identifying, investigating and resolving account discrepancies, helping reduce risk and improve the quality of financial data across multiple entities.

Influence business and finance decisions through insightful account analysis, variance reviews and reporting that enables stakeholders to understand performance and make informed decisions.

Enhance operational excellence by partnering with colleagues across functions to improve accounting processes, support control effectiveness and increase reporting efficiency.

Ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance by maintaining accurate documentation, supporting audit requirements and upholding accounting policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree with a minimum of 5 years of combined experience in general accounting and/or audit, general ledger, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing
• Demonstrated success managing month-end close activities, preparing journal entries and performing complex balance sheet reconciliations with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate discrepancies, identify root causes and deliver effective resolutions.
• Experience using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as Oracle or SAP, with the ability to understand transaction fl ows into the general ledger.
• Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills, combined with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: Up 59,000 basic with 6,000 allowances

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience supporting multinational or global business operations.
• Experience working in a large, fast-paced multinational organization with exposure to complex accounting operations are preferred.
• Knowledge of process improvement, workfl ow documentation and fi nancial controls within a shared services or complex accounting environment
