Job summary

MicroSourcing in Pasay seeks an Accounting Supervisor / Finance Lead to oversee finance operations, close processes, reporting, and control improvements. This onsite role requires 1–3 years in accounting/finance and leadership experience.

You will work with ERP systems and accounting software, ensure GAAP compliance, manage journal entries and reconciliations, and collaborate with auditors. Competitive rewards and day-one healthcare accompany growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• With Leadership Experience.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Good understanding of accounting principles (GAAP or applicable standard).
• CPA or Controller-level background is preferred, but not a deal breaker.
• Must be willing to report onsite in Pasay office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the general ledger.
• Record journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts (e.g., bank, prepaid, payables, receivables).
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Assist in month-end and year-end close activities.
• Prepare periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly).
• Help prepare financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Support budgeting and forecasting efforts.
• Monitor cash flow and assist in cash management tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., auditors) on financial matters.
• Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Assist with audit preparation (retrieve documents, prepare working papers).
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to strengthen internal controls.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as required

Your Role

As an Accounting / Finance Associate, you will:
