Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field preferred.

• Proficient with computer programs, including Microsoft Office and database systems.

Responsibilities

• Process loan payments from members accurately and efficiently.
• Record and update loan payment transactions in the cooperative's database.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for loan payments.
• Communicate with members regarding issues or discrepancies with payments.
• Assist in reconciling loan payment records with the finance team.
• Generate reports on payments, balances, and delinquent accounts.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve member inquiries about payments.
• Maintain and update member information and records in the database.
• Participate in training to enhance knowledge and skills in loan payment processing.
