Responsibilities

• Record and update loan payment transactions in the cooperative's database.
• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures for loan payment processing.

• Assist in reconciliation of loan payment records with the finance team.
• Generate reports on loan payment transactions, outstanding balances, and delinquent accounts.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve member inquiries and concerns related to loan payments.
• Maintain and update member information and records in the database.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in loan payment processing.
