Job summary

Pacific Cross Philippines is hiring an Account Sales Officer to join our team in Cebu/Visayas. You will develop new client accounts, build and maintain strong relationships, and present healthcare and travel insurance solutions.

You will also develop partnerships with companies, travel agencies, and other business groups while managing your own client portfolio and sales activities. The role offers training, mentorship, sales incentives, and a flexible/field-based work setup with career growth

Qualifications

• Previous sales or business development experience preferred.
• Experience in insurance, HMO, banking, pharma, or B2B sales is a plus.
• Willing to learn and be trained.
• Confident and comfortable talking to people.
