Job summary

BDO Network Bank in the Philippines seeks an Account Officer for its Salary Loans Group to drive loan volume while maintaining profitability and credit quality.

You will build relationships with DepEd School Principals, teachers, and employees, generate quality salary loan accounts, and coordinate with internal units to resolve service issues.

The role is based in San Fernando, La Union, requiring a 3+ years sales experience and familiarity with salary loan products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder / Graduate of any 4-year or 5-year degree course.
• Must have direct experience in sales and marketing (strategic selling and negotiation skills)
• At least 3 years of work experience in the related field is required
• Must be familiar with Salary Loan Product
• Willing to be assigned in San Fernando La Union.
