Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking an Account Officer for the Salary Loans Group to achieve loan volume targets while maintaining profitability, sound credit quality, and excellent customer service in Burgos, Pangasinan area.

The role focuses on generating Salary Loan accounts, building strong relationships with DepEd Principals, Teachers and Employees, and identifying potential clients for production-related activities. Experience in sales and product knowledge of Salary Loans are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree holder / graduate of any 4-year or 5-year degree course.
• Must have direct experience in sales and marketing (strategic selling and negotiation skills).
• At least 3 years of work experience in the related field is required.
• Must be familiar with Salary Loan Products.
• Willing to be assigned in Burgos Pangasinan area.

Responsibilities
