Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Makati, Philippines, invites an experienced Account Officer to manage the Employee Benefits portfolio, handling end-to-end administration for life, health, HMO, and travel insurance, and serving as the liaison between corporate clients and insurers.

You will build strong client relationships, coordinate renewals, assist in advisory meetings, handle policy digests, and support reporting and premium collections with the Finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in marketing, sales, or account management within health and life insurance.
• Strong preference for former or current Financial Advisors, Bancassurance Executives, or Wealth Advisors with deep product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong ties with corporate clients and insurers; manage day-to-day inquiries, policy implementations, and resolve pending claims/reimbursements.
• Plan and prepare pre-renewal activities, advisory documents, and policy digests; assist in sales calls/meetings for new and renewal corporate businesses.
• Coordinate employee orientations, handle backroom requirements (ID cards, billing statements, SOAs), and facilitate premium collections with Finance.
• Maintain up-to-date client files in CRM, track policy expirations, and prepare required management reports.
