Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Makati City seeks an Insurance Account Officer (Renewals) to support high-value clients with attentive renewal service for life, personal accident, HMO, medical, and travel insurance.

You will manage renewals, track dates, review policy details, present renewal options, and ensure timely processing before lapse.

Strong communication and client-relationship skills, plus coordination with insurers and internal teams, are essential to maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field.
• Experience in medical insurance, HMO, healthcare, or related accounts preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical insurance terms, benefits, deductibles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong client relationship management and organization.

Responsibilities

• Renewals for assigned private client accounts across life, personal accident, HMO, medical, and travel insurance
• Track upcoming renewal dates and reach out to clients ahead of time
• Review policy details, benefits, and any changes at renewal, and explain them clearly to clients
• Present renewal options and help clients choose coverage that fits their needs
• Make sure renewals are processed before policies lapse
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Coordinate with insurers and internal teams to process renewals and related requests on time
