Job summary

BDO Network Bank is seeking an Account Officer for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises who will drive loan growth while maintaining profitability and credit quality. The role focuses on field-based customer outreach and solid service delivery.

You will assess loan applications, conduct credit analysis, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and booking of MSME loans. A degree and strong interpersonal skills are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year or five-year degree course.
• Good selling, communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to do field work almost daily.
• Basic mathematical knowledge.
• Familiar with MS Word and spreadsheets.
• Fieldwork and sales experience in microfinance is a plus.
• Preferably can drive a motorcycle.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Actively solicit microfinance loan accounts by doing field visits to meet the business needs of the customer

Qualifications

• Possesses good selling, communication and customer service skills.
• Must be amenable to doing field work / working on the field on an almost daily basis
• Must have basic mathematical knowledge.
• Preferably familiar with computer software including word processing & spreadsheets.
• With fieldwork and sales experience on Microfinance, an advantage.
• Preferably can drive a motorcycle
