Job summary

BDO Unibank in Lucena City, Calabarzon, is seeking a Microfinance Loan Officer to drive loan volume while maintaining profitability and sound credit quality. You will actively solicit microfinance loan accounts, assess applicant qualifications, initiate credit and collection activities, coordinate with departments, and ensure adherence to bank policies.

Fieldwork and sales experience in microfinance are a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 year degree course.
• Possesses good selling, communication and customer service skills.
• Must have basic mathematical knowledge.
• With high integrity.
• Preferably familiar with computer software including word processing & spreadsheets.
• With fieldwork and sales experience on Microfinance, an advantage.
• Preferably can drive a motorcycle.

Responsibilities

• Review and update customer loan files, loan agreements, etc. to ensure adequacy for credit processing and loan booking.
