Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking a Microfinance Loan Officer to help achieve loan targets in the Rizal/Antipolo area while maintaining profitability and sound credit quality. The role emphasizes strong customer service and proactive loan sales to meet business needs.

You will analyze loan applicants, initiate credit and collection activities, coordinate with processing units, and ensure compliance with bank policies. Fieldwork and sales experience are advantages.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 year degree course.
• Possesses good selling, communication and customer service skills.
• Must have basic mathematical knowledge.
• With high integrity.
• Preferably familiar with computer software including word processing & spreadsheets.
• With fieldwork and sales experience on Microfinance, an advantage.
• Preferably can drive a motorcycle.
