The role involves handling salary loan inquiries, assessing applicants, initiating credit and collection activities, and coordinating with other bank units to process and service loan applications.

Qualifications

• Completion of any Bachelor's degree.
• Sales and fieldwork experience on loans is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Solicit salary loan accounts to meet the business needs of the customer
• Analyze overall loan applicant’s qualifications to determine feasibility of granting loans
• Initiates credit and collection activities to ensure credit quality of accounts
• Coordinates with other bank officers or units related to the processing and servicing of loan applications and loan clients
• Perform other functions that may be assigned to him/her
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

Job Summary

The Account Officer is responsible for achieving loan volume targets. In this role, the Account Officer is expected to maintain profitability and sound credit quality, as well as extend good customer service in line with the Banks standards and requirements.

The Account Officer is also expected to attend to inquiries of clients on Dep Ed.

Key Responsibilities

Solicit salary loan accounts to meet the business needs of the customer

Analyze overall loan applicant’s qualifications to determine feasibility of granting loans

Initiates credit and collection activities to ensure credit quality of accounts

Coordinates with other bank officers or units related to the processing and servicing of loan applications and loan clients

Perform other functions that may be assigned to him/her

Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

Qualifications
