Job summary

Rykom Finance Corp. in Pasig, Metro Manila, is seeking an Account Officer/Credit Officer with 3-5 years of experience for on-site work. You will market loans, package deals, and maintain accounts while cross-selling existing products to clients.

Key duties include building strong client relationships, determining suitable credit facilities, monitoring payments, and ensuring compliance with policy and government regulations. Role based at Citystate Centre, Pasig.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Market and solicit prospective loan clients in assigned area.

• Ensure renewals and new credit documents comply with policy and regulations.

Responsible for handling the loans sales & marketing, solicitation,

loan packaging and re-packaging, account maintenance, cross selling of

company’s existing products and services to existing & prospective

clients. Knows how to establish, develop

company-client business relationships including maintenance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Market and solicit prospective loan clients in an assigned area/s of responsibility.

Discuss and explain to prospective loan clients the importance of each loan product, their advantages and benefits to client and their business.

Knows how to conduct loans sales and marketing, develop, maintained growth of area of

assignment in terms of loan portfolio.

Conduct market research, trends and competition

Understand, analyzes, propose credit facilities based on client financial capacity that are

suitable to client’s needs.

Ensure that all renewals, new Av ailments comply with company’s existing credit policy

(documentary documents) and government regulatory agency.

Monitor client loan payments and make a timely follow-up if needed (loan payments and loan documents) or make a personal visit to find out the reason of such nonpayment.

Make a necessary report including the recommendation to prevent the account from further deterioration in accordance with existing company’s policy on remedial account.

Review loan clients in a regular basis to determine client needs and improve company’s exposure for each loan account in terms of loans quality and business relationship.

Timely delivery of budget as committed/provided during the fiscal year; regular review assesses budget against accomplishment; determine reason of success or shortfall and

address immediately if within the parameters of accountability.

Assist, coordinate and collaborate with other departments in the organization to meet customer needs as necessitate arises.

Conforms to the internal and external company policies and procedures.

Supports Management decisions, requirements and expectations.

Performs such other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
