Armanino Pacific LLC seeks an Account Manager II to support the client team in overseeing daily financial operations for a portfolio of clients. You will review, coordinate, and own the accounting cycle and reporting, while guiding assistants and ensuring timely, high-quality service.

The role emphasizes cash management, bank reconciliations, payroll coordination, and compliance with GAAP. Collaboration with vendors and cross-entity teams is essential, with opportunities for process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and/or full-cycle accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and ability to prepare/review financial statements.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, with ability to learn new technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Review mail, email, and other communications for actionable items and ensure timely resolution.
• Oversee cash management, including transfers and cash balances.
• Review invoices and oversee timely payments; review wire transfers for accuracy.
• Review bank deposits and ensure proper recording.
• Coordinate payroll activities with third-party payroll provider and review payroll tax filings.
• Review monthly bank reconciliations and cash flows reports.
• Reconcile intercompany activity between entities and review AR aging.
• Prepare or review financial reports and general ledger details for close.
