Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients; understand clients\' business goals, industry challenges, and target audiences to provide strategic advice; serve as the main point of contact, addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop and present creative briefs, marketing strategies, and campaign plans; collaborate with creative, media, and production teams to execute campaigns; oversee all stages of campaign development, from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor junior account executives and managers; facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams; foster a collaborative environment to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Budget and Financial Management: Manage client budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively; track project profitability and ensure campaigns deliver value for clients and the agency; negotiate contracts and ensure timely invoicing and payments.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data and provide clients with actionable insights; prepare detailed reports on key metrics, ROI, and overall campaign effectiveness; recommend optimizations for future campaigns based on performance.
• Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow client accounts by proposing new services or campaign ideas; support the agency in pitching and securing new business opportunities.
