A+B Expedio Integrated Marketing Communications Inc, based in the Philippines, is seeking a proactive account manager to oversee campaigns and drive client satisfaction. You will coordinate with clients and internal teams to deliver compelling advertising solutions and help secure new business opportunities.

The role emphasizes strong communication, strategy development, and project execution, with responsibilities across client servicing, budget oversight, and pitch participation.

Formación

• Requires a 4-year degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience.
• Experience in activation/advertising/marketing is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee projects daily to ensure objectives are met and runs smoothly.
• Help develop campaign ideas and present them to clients with the team.
• Build strong client relationships through regular communication.
• Provide prompt, accurate answers to client queries.
• Manage assigned accounts to ensure client satisfaction.
• Reach out to new prospects and schedule credentials presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver solutions.
• Participate in pitches to win projects and new business.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Oversee projects on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that they run smoothly with the end goal of achieving set objectives
• Help develop campaign ideas and present these alongside agency colleagues, to clients with the aim of securing new business for the agency
• Build strong client relationships with clients through regular communication
• Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients queries
• Provide superior management of assigned accounts and ensuring client satisfaction
• Reach out to new client prospects, following up on leads and scheduling company credentials presentation to new clients
• Communicate and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver solutions
• Participate in pitches along with other agency teams with the aim of winning projects and securing new business for the agency
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that maybe assigned from time to time by the immediate superior or the Management

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year course (Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Marketing, Management, or equivalent)
• Minimum 2-year work experience
• Work experience in an activation/advertising/marketing industry, an advantage
