Job summary

Equilife Medical Equipment Supplies & Services Inc. seeks an Account Officer to build and sustain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other key accounts while promoting the company’s medical products and achieving sales targets.

You will actively manage assigned accounts, implement effective sales strategies, conduct product presentations, and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in medical devices or healthcare sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other key accounts.
• Promote and provide accurate information about the company’s medical products and services.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and follow-ups.
• Achieve and, when possible, exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports, account updates, and other required documentation.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to implement promotional activities.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account information.
• Participate in company meetings, training programs, and sales activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
