TransUnion Internal Job Title: AE II, Account Mgmt - Direct Sales

This position is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of two days in person per week at a designated TU office, with the remainder performed virtually.

Job Description

• Lead sales discussions with clients and prospects by identifying pain points, uncovering opportunities, answering questions, resolving problems, and pitching end-to-end TransUnion solutions.
• Leverage and optimize Salesforce as a CRM tool and advocate a disciplined sales approach across all accounts.
• Collaborate with TransUnion innovation, solution partners, and other functional areas to pitch TransUnion products and services.
• Negotiate effectively using TransUnion pricing tools, guidelines, and financial acumen to derive financially beneficial outcomes.
• Lead complex conversations and negotiate favorable outcomes for both clients and TransUnion.
• Follow industry trends and related data/analytics businesses.
• Contribute ideas and actively participate in research of new processes, resources, and technologies for improved customer solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and privacy requirements during design and implementation of modeling and analysis projects.
• Represent TransUnion as a true solutions partner, evolving relationships beyond vendor status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; MBA an advantage.
• At least 10 years of experience in Business Development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; good at presentations, communicating with internal and external clients.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Tableau and Salesforce an advantage.
