Location: Valenzuela City HQ / nationwide

Salary (₱/month) : ₱20,000 – ₱30,000 + commission

Own your deals end-to-end — and earn what you're worth, with uncapped commission.

About the role

As an AE you run the full cycle — discovery to close — for SMB and SME clients, backed by certified technical pre-sales.

What you'll do

• Run structured discovery (we train you on SPIN) and qualify with BANT+.
• Build and present solutions with Pre-Sales support; negotiate and close.
• Own an honest pipeline and forecast.
• Work hand-in-hand with our Technical team.

What we're looking for

• 2–4 years B2B sales, ideally ICT/technology.
• A track record of hitting quota and closing.
• Strong commercial communication and presentation.

₱20,000–30,000 basic per month plus uncapped commission (IXS-SAL-025). Statutory benefits and 13th-month. Path to Senior AE.
