Job summary

Efekta Education seeks an Account Director or Account Manager based in the Philippines or willing to relocate to drive public sector sales across NCR and regions. You will develop strategies, engage government and education leaders, and close high-value deals that align with Efekta's mission in AI-powered learning solutions.

You will own go-to-market plans, build strong relationships, manage end-to-end sales cycles, and monitor KPIs like partnerships and revenue growth within a fast-growing

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2G or B2B sales.
• Proven ability to close high‑value government deals.
• Knowledge of procurement and policy in the education sector.
• Fluent in English and local language.
• Experience in EdTech, SAAS, or publishing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop GTM plans for public schools, private schools and universities, legislation-driven programs.
• Engage policymakers, regulators, state legislators and education administrators.
• Influence or respond to policy changes with internal teams and lobbyists.
• Manage full sales cycles from prospecting to proposal design and closure.
• Oversee KPIs like new partnerships, revenue growth and funnel velocity.

We are specifically looking for Sales talent based in or willing to relocate to any of the following regions: NCR, Region II, Region IV-A, Region V, Region VI, Region VII, Region VIII, Region X, Region XI

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute go-to-market plans tailored to public school entities, private schools and universities, legislation-driven educational programs
• Engage and influence policymakers, regulators, state legislators, and education administrators to drive initiatives aligned with Efekta's mission
• Influence or respond to public policy and regulatory changes, often collaborating with lobbyists or Efekta's internal teams
• Manage full sales cycles: prospecting, proposal design (RFP/RFQ), negotiation, and closure
• Oversee KPIs such as new partnerships secured, revenue growth, sales funnel velocity, and policy impact.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 5 years’ sales experience within B2G or B2B.
• Proven ability to close complex high-value deals with Government and Institutions in your region/country.
• Knowledge and ideally network in the education sector (e.g. procurement, budgets, policy)
• Fluency in English as well as local language
• Experience in EdTech, SAAS, or Publishing is a plus
