Responsibilities

• Provide first level maintenance and 24/7 Surveillance of Fixed Core, Transport and Access Networks including relevant OSS, Backend Systems, and Environmental support systems necessary for the delivery of existing and future services.
• Proactively monitor network and KPI threshold crossing alarms and endorse dispatch to appropriate resolving teams.
• Supply information for broadcast to communications management.
