This role requires UK accounting knowledge, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• ACCA Qualified is required.
• Proven experience in UK Accounting is required.
• Strong knowledge of UK accounting principles, bookkeeping, and reporting requirements.
• Experience in accounts payable/receivable, billing, or finance operations.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software/systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform general accounting and bookkeeping in line with UK standards.
• Prepare and monitor customer billing and invoicing.
• Manage vendor payments and maintain AP records.
• Reconcile bank accounts and balances.
• Assist in month-, quarter-, and year-end closings.
• Prepare accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Assist in financial statements and management accounts.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on billing, payments, and inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support process improvements and internal controls.
