Job summary

NIU Professionals, Inc. is seeking an AC Technician to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems across company facilities, offices, and equipment rooms.

You will perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, replace filters and components, and ensure proper cooling in server rooms and work areas. The role requires a vocational HVAC program, TESDA RAC Servicing NC II is preferred, and 1–2 years of on-site experience.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R vocational training or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of hands-on AC technician experience.
• Willingness to perform on-site field work.

Job description

The AC Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning units to ensure proper cooling and ventilation in company facilities, offices, and equipment rooms.

• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and ventilation systems.
• Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of AC units
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in air conditioning systems.
• Clean and replace filters, compressors, and other AC components when needed.
• Ensure proper cooling in offices, server rooms, and equipment areas.
• Maintain tools and equipment used for AC maintenance.
• Follow safety procedures and report major issues to the supervisor.

Job Qualifications

• At least Vocational or Technical Course related to HVAC or Refrigeration.
• Preferably with TESDA Certification (RAC Servicing NC II).
• With 1–2 years experience as an Aircon Technician.
• Knowledgeable in installation, repair, and maintenance of AC units.
• Physically fit and willing to do field or on-site work.
