Job summary

Royale Cold Storage is seeking a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician to install, inspect, and maintain cooling systems at our Quezon facility in Gumaca, Philippines.

The role requires diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults, repairing defective parts, and conducting regular preventive maintenance while recording performance data and complying with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduates with a RAC vocational/technical course or related field.
• TESDA NCII in RAC Servicing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Vocational or technical course graduate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology (or related field).
• TESDA NCII in RAC Servicing is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience in refrigeration/air conditioning maintenance (open to fresh graduates if technically skilled).
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
• Knowledgeable in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues.
• Physically fit to perform manual work and handle tools/equipment.
• Amenable to shifting schedules, overtime, and on-call duties.
