Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes unit in Taguig, Philippines, seeks an A2R DS Team Lead responsible for complete accounting of Inventory, Distribution, Costing, and OCINIS. Partner with Supply Chain to ensure reserves, revaluations, and adjustments are accurate and compliant.

The role leads a team, drives process improvements, supports auditors, and ensures close deadlines are met in a SOX-compliant environment. Strong English and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA, CMA, MBA or other financial certifications preferred.
• 4–6 years of professional accounting experience.
• 1–2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Be compliant with applicable laws and Credo guidelines.
• Maintain Operational Excellence in Inventory & COGS accounting.
• Close and report financial periods timely per closing calendar and SOX requirements.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy and validity of actuals within scope.
• Provide balance sheet reconciliations and strong internal controls.
• On-the-job training for new team members and BPO partners.
• Support auditors and regulatory authorities as needed.
• Adhere to worldwide policies and procedures; identify compliance risks and propose solutions.
• Lead/participate in cross-functional duties as assigned.
