Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes unit in Taguig, Philippines, seeks a senior A2R Team Lead to manage inventory, distribution costs, and COGS accounting with a focus on controls and process improvements.

The role requires 4–6 years of experience, supervisory exposure, and strong analytical skills; CPA/CMA/MBA qualifications are preferred, with SAP experience welcomed. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s level degree or equivalent in accounting, finance, or related business discipline is required.
• CPA, CMA, MBA and/or other financial certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be compliant with applicable laws and regulations, and follow guidelines in the J&J Credo.
• Maintain Operational Excellence and ensure timely closing of financial periods.
• Execute accounting and daily operations for Inventory & COGS Accounting.
• Support auditors and regulatory bodies with required activities.
• Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with global standards.
• Lead talent management, onboarding and training of new joiners.
• Collaborate with global teams to align processes and drive improvements.
